1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship outside of the UK.

2. Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3 to 8 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

3. Delivery Cost

Standard delivery is free on all orders. There are no hidden delivery charges at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time through the courier's website.

5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. If the parcel is not collected or redelivery is not arranged within the courier's holding period, the item may be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.

6. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the damage before opening and contact us at support@noruhome.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. NORU is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@noruhome.com and we will do our best to amend the address before dispatch.
