1. Scope

These Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made on noruhome.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these conditions in full.

2. Products and Prices

All products are described as accurately as possible. Prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Placing an Order

By completing checkout, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email. The contract of sale is formed at the moment we send your order confirmation.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Buy Now Pay Later services including Klarna. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments. We do not store your card details.

5. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery is free on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 8 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please refer to our full Shipping Policy for further details.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@noruhome.com within the 14-day period. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

In addition to your legal rights, we offer our 30-Night Sleep Trial which extends your right to return beyond the statutory 14-day period. Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for full details.

7. Warranties and Conformity

All products sold on noruhome.com conform to their description and are fit for their intended purpose. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, as described, and fit for purpose. If your product does not meet these requirements, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

8. Liability

NORU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Applicable Law

These Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Conditions of Sale affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
