3. Products

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Product dimensions are approximate. All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

5. Pricing

All prices are in GBP. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.

6. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Buy Now Pay Later services. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment details.

7. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 8 business days. Delivery is free on all orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control including customs, courier delays, or force majeure events.

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, NORU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
